If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Follow this procedure:
Please email email@example.com. All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 14 days of the delivery date. Sorry, unauthorized returns will be refused.
If we do not give you other directions within 14 days of the return nottification you are required to return goods to following addresse: Hiša vizij d.o.o., PE Smile trgovina s konceptom, Mestni trg 6, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Notice that we don't cover the cost of return shipping.
Goods has to be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the item is destroyed, defective, lost or reduced without your fault.
When returning the goods,please send also invoice for the goods, personal data and the transaction account to which you wishes to receive the returned payment. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If there where a promotional code or a discount code used, these funds are considered as a discount and will not be returned to you. Only the amount paid is returned to your transaction account. But you will recieve new promotional cod. If goods were payed with gift voucher you will recive gift voucher.
Call us first! If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, write to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our retail storeon+386 40 511 451 during working hours. State your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).
Smile concept store is responsible for the goods defects that happened before you received the product, whether or not they knew it. We are also responsible for those material errors that occur after you received the product, if they are due to a cause that existed before. A slight factual error are not taken into account.
Please handle your products with care! Damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.
