How do I become a Smile Concept Store user?
Simple and safe! You can use web shop Smile Concept Store without registration although registered users have some benefits like faster selection and faster purchase, you can check the status of orders and you can always check your previous purchases.
What payment possibilities do you have?
We offer you different possibilities depends where you came from. You can pay:
- with cash upon receipt via GLS delivery service or Pošta Slovenija,
- with UPN deposit to the company account,
- with credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa, BA Maestro),
- with cash or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, BA Maestro) in Smile concept store in Ljubljana (Mestni trg 6).

When will I receive receipt?
You will receive receipt to your e-mail address - this is the last page of the cash flow. Receipt will be in pdf-form. Please check if all information are correct.
Do you offer in-store pickup for online orders?
Sure! We will be more than happy if you visit us in old center of beautiful Ljubljana. You will find Smile Concept Store at Mestni trg 6. It is convenient alternative to shipping if you are local customer.
